In the cpanel there should be a button "FTP details" their you would find your login stuff for filezilla

Oh! if you registered your domain somewhere else you need to change the name servers for the domain the name servers should be somewhere around cpanel and place them in your domain site where you registered it, then you have to wait a little so that the domain can find the host

As dvncfll01 said, you need to make sure that your nameservers are pointing to your new domain hosts name servers. This'll most likely be: ns1.newhost.com, ns2.newhost.com, ns3.newhost.com

Also, if you've requested a transfer, but haven't yet finished the transfer, you'll need to check the email address you registered the domain with and find where your original host sent you a ticket containing a transferal code for the new domain host. You must have that code in order to fully transfer the domain. If the domain is stuck in "transition mode" you'll have many problems using the site.

Now to the FileZilla problem. Are you telling filezilla to connect as a user? Do you have it set to connect with port 21? Have you checked and rechecked the spelling and punctuation of your name/password/server? If so, have you tried connecting to the server's IP?

Let me know if this still doesn't fix your problem!

If you're using windows you might want to disable the firewall or create an allowance exception in your firewall or firewall software to allow you access to that application. Then we're you're done you can re-enable your firewall. Try that and see if it works.
