They are actually correct... because when i checked your site you have embed some copyright content and made a warez blog - which according to adsense is not true content. Sharing copyright songs is unacceptable... Hope this helps...

Also if I remember correct, they stopped approving blogspot.com subdomains, although adsense is allowed on them. I think you should apply for adsense with your own domain, at least I think I spotted smth like that here on DP (not personal experience as I do not have blogspot.com sites). In any case read the entire TOS.
