    Well that is really the only thing!
    If it is you need to look for is a JavaScript Tooltip Script. They are very easy to find on Google. Try www.dynamicdrive.com they are always a good place to start. Hope that helps.

    He is looking for the script where you can submit your link and it will add to the list.

    I looked at the site and its not a script which is automated, like you pay with paypal and it automatically adds your link to the list, basically what they have done is placed like a contact form with different fields, like "Link Title" and intergrated it with PayPal on the "Submit Link" page.

    After a submission they manually submit the link themselves to the list. :rolleyes:
