    You can't pay with paypal if you use the coupon. Only CC.

    Domain alone under these terms will work against you. You already lost 2 minutes to ask for it. Create free content under a subdomain of tumblr or any other provider and redirect / host it to a domain when this money issue is out of the way, and i'm the one that tell you this, a hardcore domain lover.

    Nope, not sure. Change accounts main currency to us and try.
    I am sure it is not geo restricted. Or there is another coupon for 3$ which i have tried. "cjcRMN295c" so try it and buy with it.

    If you only need the .com for a year, you can use a random godaddy discount code and get it for a dolalr or two, but if you want to own the domain for an extended period of time you can check out NameSilo, I did a comparison between them, Namecheap and Enom( Here is the comparison: http://helgesdomaingenerator.com/domain-registrars.php) and their had a .com available for 8.99 USD / year.
