    Do you have a PayPal Business account? If so, the forth tab on the main screen is Merchant Services. From there, there's a button that says "Create payment buttons for your website". Everything you need should be in there.

    You can use the Button generator provided by Paypal and link to the download URL after the transaction was finished.
