Hi guys any 1 can tell me where i can buy the build website ... i need community site ... Any 1 can tell me about it I m Very thankful
I can refer you again as someone in the other thread to the namepros and domainews forums. I have seen a lot of offers there.
Check in Flippa. You can even contact someone that has a good reputation there and have them build one to your specifications if you like.
I would check the "sites" section of the marketplace here on the forums. As an alternative, I concur that Flippa is a good place.
I was a little impressed by flippa.com when I registered for an account recently. Be attentive that in order to buy/sell you need to activate the account by going along with a phone call verification. I personally found this a bit unexpected, as an international call was not an expected requirement, so haven't activated my account yet for purchases. However their system looks impressive.
Well more of this depend on your budget n interest i.e what are u actually looking for if u would like to let me know your personal interest in what type of website you like to run and what approximately is yr budget may be i give u some suggestions in this respect as i do own a great network of website so most important is your own personal interest.
You can even just Google places to buy/sell websites. But the marketplace here is a good place to start as well as Flippa.com like people have been saying. I have a couple of affiliate sites for sale as well. You can PM me if interested.
You can't find a true secure marketplace. You should use Escrow for serious amounts like more than $1k. Here in DP you can trust old members. If you are careful, you can buy and sell with no problem. But if not, you can have problems even with your offline trade. You must never look to buy something for free or very cheap. This rule can save you from most of the scammers anywhere. Because most them try to sell something quickly at very low prices. You should also never look to sell something at too high prices. You can buy something cheap and sell it for some normal profit. But if you are trying to buy something for $1 and sell it for $10, nothing can save you from scammers.
You may have some luck finding a complete website via vWorker's Bulletin Board Auction (formerly Rentacoder's Bulletin Board Auction). This part of vWorker lets you request finished products with all the same protections as vWorker's traditional project auctions. You can find more about it here: http://bit.ly/c1gDcU
