I think your on page as well as off page seo is not subject to satisfactory.

I found following weak points in your website.
1- You have about 18 pages indexed with google which is very few.
2- You are not using heading tags properly, even i would like to say that you are using these badly as I found only your domain name in h1 tag. You should use <h1> with your main keywords.

The headings could be more attractive, I don't like the grey color. Why not red or blue?
