    For the gloss you should try to take the rectangular tool and make a little selection on the bottom of the gloss right click feather maybe 2 px that would give it a little fade and not just a straight line.

    On the "We serve you the best" text maybe make the bottom color of the gradient a darker green of the top? instead of black

    and when saving it use PNG much better quality than JPEG :)

    Other than that stuff maybe a 6/10? its nice for like a tech site

    1 take out shadows.
    2 take out blevel and emboos effect it is now very old and it doesent give a 3d effect
    3 change font to something round shaped..corners are always bad for any kinda design
    4 show it here then..

    I don't like the idea on using embossed effect on thin font, it makes look thinner. and make it vector so you wouldn't have trouble expanding it. Nice try!

    the approach of the logo is good you need ti reduce the emboss effect a bit.
