    It is asking for a lawsuit but it could be easily converted in to a free email service.

    The rest of the TLD's are taken so:

    g-mail.ws : mid $XX

    Agreed, .ws is a poor extension. The G-Mail would be worth something in the .com "if" you could get away with avoiding TM issues however as it stands reg fee for both.
