    You can't get high PR without visitors! You get PR from good backlinks and good backlinks send traffic. A high PR also gets high search engine rankings meaning even more visitors.

    Being PR10 means you're one of the most reputable websites on the internet. www.adobe.com is worth a hell of a lot more than a PR5 site with 1,000,000 uniques.
