Stupid newbie question here: Say for instant if you type in Dogs into Overture. You'll come up with 1036441 dog Without an S All the results are non-plural. When targeting keywords and phrases should you go plural or non-plural? Eg. Car Loan Vs. Car Loans, as your anchor text ect?
Apparently I was told to go for pluralised cause youll grab the singular too. I havent testedyet though. Im in the progress of testing atm
As for the overture is concerned, most keyword are dominated by their singular form. So, I think better go for singular. I still want to know some comments from experts here though
hmm I think non plurar would have better relevency for non plurar so it really depends on the competition anytime you decide on keywords it depends on the competition
For SEO purpose, it depends, some words are more searched for in plural and some more in singular forum. In terms of traffic quality though, plural always beat singular, thats because a research was conducted on search behaviors and found out that people who search for plurals are closer to buying then those searching for single. Searching for single implies that they are still at the research stage whereas those searching plurals indicate they are ready to buy.
