Selling Plumbing site with good cost per click and $2k in revnues in the past month

I have had this site a little over a year. I bought it from a guy I used to buy a lot of site from and then I kept it a few months and made a little money from it and then sold it and then bought it back. The site is fixabrokensewer.com which is a site about pipe relining in the plumbing business. This industry has very good paying keywords.

Now the site has made about $2300 since mid may which is when I got it back but I also have data from when I had it about a year ago. The site has had 11600 visitors in the past month and 43k page views. Most of this is direct traffic from email marketing and I also have a email list with 4.7m business that I will include in the sale. It does get some search traffic but the vast majority of the traffic is from the email marketing. This is why I am selling it so cheap. You will need to do your own marketing but I am open to a JV with someone to keep doing the marketing if we can work out a deal that is profitable for both of us.

The traffic from the email marketing is obviously good traffic because the average visitor looks at almost 4 pages and stays well over 3 mins so it is not junk bought traffic. The site is priced at $250 because you are getting the site and the email list only and I am not going to continue the marketing (I have another project going) but for a higher price or the right deal I would stay on and help keep the site producing the numbers it currently is producing. Why do you want to sell this site? Where do you get 4.7 email list if there is no opt-in box in your site?

 

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the problem with this sale that without the 4.7 m email database the traffic and revenue drop to zero?

Even if you included the 4.7 million emails it would take me a long time for me to send them using Outlook

 

That list came from infousa.com and not one I built. It is just a list of businesses emails. You can go to infousa.com and buy the same list. I am selling the site because I have stopped using it to drive my traffic to because I have found a different niche that has a higher cost per click.

@Paz no I dont think the site will drop to zero revenues without the email marketing but it will not make any where near what it is making now. Obviously I am not going to sell a site that will make $25k a year for $250 if it is going to keep making that much but you are getting a old website with a good cost per click and a large email list for $200. If you are looking for a get rich quick without doing any work this is the wrong site and the wrong business in general.
