    You can use as HTML code or add any wiget like socialnetworkt you have.
    and depending on your wordpress themes you have

    I use the Share This plugin for social bookmarking on my sites, but you can code the php in the footer and use other code

    It is pretty much the html codes individually taken from facebook, google plus and twitter websites.
