plugin won't activate

    I installed using my dashboard the ecommerce plugin: MarketPress Lite. It shows up on my dashboard plugin menu as activated. But when I link to the Wordpress site of which the plugin is component all that displays is the site as it existed prior to the plugin installation. Anyone have any thoughts about this?

    I get both a "forbidden" and a 404 error.
