Plugin To Tidy Up Posts On Homepage & Categories ???

    i'm looking for a plugin which will make all featured images the same size and make the text boxes the same size.

    you need a plugin which show the featured image on home page according to catogeries,when you select any category for navigation the header image is change along with the text. Can you send me the url of site.I am interested to make this plugin .Please PM
