Plugin that would update the blog on Ping

I have looked around for a plugin where bloggers can submit their rss feeds and every time they update their blogs, they ping, which would result in an update on my website which will post their new blog post on my blog with an excerpt linking to them.

Something similar to http://bloggers.pk/

Does anyone know of any plugin that does this job?

I actually do know about all those plugins but they don't seem to function the way I want things to function. They don't update on pings, cron job is required and they result in lot of duplicate content. Anything besides the usual that might have skipped my eyes?
