Plugin suggestion: Advance search plugin with custom filters

Does anyone know a search plugin where your able to add filter like "Post or Pages", "Categories", "Tags" or "Date" very similar to this (dleviet.com/index.php?do=search)

I'm trying to create a page where users can search in advance mode and they're able to ad filters like the date it was posted, the author, some categories or some tags.

If their isn't plugin that is existing any quick solution you would recommend aside from developing it from scratch?

I'm using Wordpress 3.3.1

 

There are many ways to make it done as per request like your permalinks.

The one way from my site, i just have thing about custom page template, which is more easy and convert good permalink.
