Plugin Incompatibility - Need Fix

I'm doing a new website for a client, and came across this problem. And I believe that it's a plugin incompatibility problem between Mudslide and Contact Form 7. I'm currently using WordPress version 2.9.

Mudslide plugin allows the blog owner to add photos and albums from their Picasa account, to pages and posts. With the first page, I had no problem, and was able to place an album of 75 photos onto a page.

But when trying to add a second album to another web page, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_tag_generator() in /mounted-storage/home39a/sub006/sc30956-GIXS/irbie.com/PSGBOA/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/text.php on line 129

Line 129 reads as follows:
wpcf7_add_tag_generator( 'text', __( 'Text field', 'wpcf7' ),

I need this fixed, as I have already spent a lot of time to get this site where it is right now. The programmer chosen MUST have previous work that can be shown to me - please submit with your contact.

I will also likely use whoever I choose to help me with any further problems that arise from this job and future jobs.
