Plugin for tracking referrers & passing to affiliate links?

    I would like to know which source of traffic is leading to the most affiliate sales.

    There are several traffic sources coming into my wordpress site.

    I have affiliate links that support the addition of tracking codes.

    Is there a wordpress plugin that can record the referrer, assign it a number, and then pass that number through the affiliate tracking link.

    Ie. Traffic source A is given code 1.

    Affiliate link has ?subid=1 at the end of it.

    That way I can track which sources of traffic are leading to the sales.

    Heya Winsoar,

    It's not exactly what your asking for but it seeks to solve the same problem (tracking traffic).

    If you don't mind shortening your affiliate links I've a plugin WP Traffic Tools that may help...
    Jump to @00:50 in this video to see where I start to go over how I'm doing this on one of my blogs and it will show the traffic recording system.
    It also collects data on keyword searches visitors used to land on your posts before clicking and tells what search engine the traffic came from.
