Plug Manager Script?

    Does anyone know where I can find plug manager scripts? Basically it allows others to signup at your site and submit a picture and a link to a video on their site. The script keeps tracks of hits in and out and allows the person submitting to recieve back a certain percentage of hits that are sent to you. The script is used on many adult sites. I would list some of the sites but I am not sure if that would violate any rules on this forum?
