I was wondering if anyone knows where I can obtain a script similar to the one used on Rank Taco? I want to have a full automated section where other webmasters could submit pictures and links to their web pages? I also want the script to be able to calculate and display for each user the % of returned hits to my site. If you can check out on the site it some sort of plug manager?
