    1. Top Posts and Popular Posts, you can use the same plugin. Its called Popular post plugin. You can edit the title to be "Top Posts".

    2. Tags, it is built in widget when you installed wordpress. Go to Appearance/Widgets, and drag and drop Tags in your sidebar.
