Plug-in to highlight words in forum text

Hello,

I am after a plug-in which can highlight words in forum text and add links behind them. This is to be used on http://www.sportsbookcommission.com.

An example post of what I am after;

I've heard Bodog seems to be very reliable in terms of conversions, although I don't personally advertise them. Their brand name sells itself to players because everyone knows about it.

On the other hand, it might be a tough conversion for affiliates who have active player bases, in which case it is likely many website users would already have an account with Bodog, possibly the result of visiting other affiliate portals.

In that case, it's best to offer a few other competitive brands that can rival Bodog's quality customer experience and payment solutions.

This is where the word bodog is automatically highlighted and linked using a link I provide to the Bodog site.

Any plug-in advice would ba appreciated.
