Hi all,

I am going to host a site today. As google has just updated the backlinks so pls tell me is there any chance to get the very next PR update. Means is there any possibility to get PR of my forthcoming site. If i will start seo frm tomorrow for my site.
I thinks google sandbox is old idea.

Well start it now. You won't know the results if you won't try.

 

Do start SEO work right now, G continuously updating search result positions.. they are not affected by PageRank. Don't look at the PR if you are in need of traffic...

 

When google pr update will take place it will consider your links at that time.it is not necessary that it will include only those links which it shows today.
just try to get more and more links so u will get new pr in this updates.

 

just like they said start it. me myself when i started, i didnt know anything about pagerank. first time i checked it i got pr3. XD just dont care page rank do what you want to do. ^^

Start it ofcourse, but don't be to agressive to not get in sanbox or even banned.

 

The next update shall be around the end of April, and you still have almost one month for getting backlinks.

The last update was around Jan. 15, and I started submitting my website to thousands of directories in December, then I got a PR update from 0 to 4.

So keep working on SEO, like submitting to thousands of directories, posting in forums, etc, you will get PR update and backlink update finally.

 

Dont waste your time on useless sites but locate high quality sites that gets spidered daily or very often...This is your only chance that google will credit your links. In addition, going crazy with your link strategy now will not help at all since google will notice that you are trying to manipulate your way to the top...You should start your link campaign and for the next update it may be too late now...However, as mentioned before, go to those popular sites with high page rank and you can still get credit...this is your only chance if you are looking for a quick solve..

The next PageRank update will likely be in early May, so of course there is time. But Jason is right - don't waste time building a site for PR - build a site that people actually will use, and the high PR will follow.

Link building should begin regardless of the PR update timeframe. As real time PR is incorporated into the SERP, you will see pretty results if you start to build links as early as possible.
