Pls Suggest How can I Develop this Website.

A Membership website that can register user either free or Paid and allow them to get registered into the directory and allot them features according to their membership levels

Along with members can buy showcase banners and text links and Videos on various segments of the website Like Homepage and Directory Pages.

I want my paid members can upload videos,images that our website visitors can access when they click on their profile under our directory

Pls Suggest, I guess Joomla can do this, But How Which Plugins I need ?
