    What kind of cms or php program are you using so we can help you fix the url structure if you have wordpress its rather easy.. i also think you might be able to do this via .htacess or another php method

    may be you could change some colours. In the bottom box the orange on green contrast is not so nice looking.

    dropdown menu on top navigation is strange, maybe you can use color symphony for your design is better
