You should change up the color scheme and get a professional logo for the site
to make it look more unique.

 

I don't see any issue on the functionality as I can see there are votes coming in. But for customization, you should look into changing the standard design and get a banner for it.

 

I like your site. but you need more feature it make any visitor can be interest your website become small popular.
