I m new in word press. Pls suggest me how to promote and do other setup in WP.

I would change the theme to a more up-to-date one.

 

I like your blog, all look fine, except the line height of the fonts hurt eyes a bit. I mean it should be a breathing space between one paragraph to another.

It looks fine except I would have a more attention getting header. I would try to spice it up more to create interest and "eye candy" to hold the viewers attention.

On the widescreen monitor theme looks like from 90.

 

Much better. I'd try to make the main panel at least 750-850px

 

Looks nice, colors suit too.I like the little post-it style recipe thing about the banana smoothie.

I think you should use the space on the right hand side. The overall content is good though.
