    Definitely need to get a logo and change away from the default vB theme. I also wouldn't put whole forums dedicated to reviews on a single hosting service. Maybe one forum for hosting reviews, VPS reviews, reseller reviews, etc...

    I would also add in a general chat\offtopic section.

    looks find, but you haven't changed your logo and it's better to change to another template

    I think you should get a logo and change the theme, it looks a bit generic.
