Get rid of it and redo everything with unique content. Many of your posts are re-posts from other blogs and this will get you penalized by Google. In the world of web development, duplicate content is a big no-no.
I would personally remove one of the social media share plugins. You have some double links and 2 lines of social links is just to much for each post. Try to increase the width of your website and add some extra content to your sidebars.
