    The logo size needs to be increased since there's too much blue space in the header. You need to improved on the footer too as it's just too bare. Likewise, you need to utilized the white space on your sidebar to make your site look stuffed.

    Not bad i like it.
    Maybe need more design work with Avatars (Icons)
    Avatar in hat looks too dark.

    The site was fast in loading and it is good in design and color schemes.It was easy to navigate and contents are interesting.

    Blue area in the Header is too large. Try shortening the height of the header. Overall design is pleasing. Massive empty space on the left is a turnoff and does not give a professional look.
