Its a good site. Nice layout, except its almost "ad-stessed" you know? THe fact that you have thrown in an ad right in the navigation bar is a little interesting to me. And even though that can make you some good money, you want your viewers to like your site, and hopefully lean away from the one-time stays you've mentioned to multiple stays. I mean, its good, but maybe a larger logo. Cause the first thing I do when I get there is go okay, name, short description, then I'm a little lost (not fully lost, but a little lost) And thats when some people will leave. But once I read that first sentence of that dull, Times New Roman font, I know what you offer. Maybe use all the space to the right of your logo for a short sentence, thats large enough to catch a viewers eye right off the bat. My suggestions, hope they help you to make a better site.
Ben-AceofTech - that was very useful feedback from you. I will make the header logo smaller. As for the ads on navigation bar, I was debating on removing it as well. It was just experimental, and I get about 10% of ad revenue from there, but it maybe impacting viewer experience. Any other reviews folks?
Ads, ads and ads - everywhere! When user sees such a great quantity of adverts, he leaves the site as soon as he came in. It's too irritating. Your site header and logo looks good, but there is something missing. The header it's too roomy. As for me your site title and tag line below are too small. It would be better if you enlarge the text font. The top navigation bar is not distinctive. It just blends with the Google ads. Of course, it's an advantage for you because someone may click on ads by mistake instead of a menu tab. But users won't like it.
