    This is just my opinion but that is not very appealing to the eye. I do not have an idea of what is going on with that website, there is adsense all over.

    Try to possibly start blending the adsense ads in and maybe get a new graphical header to improve the appearance and make it fresh and easier on the eye.

    You should remove some of the ads, and the pop-up. I bet all the visitors leave within 5 seconds just because of that.

    You should remove the adlinks ad and the adsense banner at the top of the
    page and you should get a professional logo and some graphics for the header.
