Tell me what do you think about it.What I have to do in order to improve its quality.

 

My opinion is that you should limit the amount the forums can stretch horizontally. For example, wikipedia stretches horizontally as large as the screen is, making it difficult to follow paragraphs and sentences on large monitors. Clearly your forum isn't as bad as that, but i would still limit it so people with large monitors can still find it usable full screen. It's acceptable on my computer at a resolution of 1440x900, but any higher would make it tedious to follow.

Get some content in there. Hire forum posters if you have to. People don't like to go to forums with no content

It's good; however I personally feel the dark color is a bit too dark. A lighter shade may look better.
