    hello there i would be greatful if you give me right feedback for my recipes blog http://indianrelish.blogspot.com I have a welcome message above my rectangle ad as u can see.that does not encourage the visitors to click on the ads.But still i want to know from you adsense experts that whether i m voilating any google tos by placing welcome message above the rectangle ad?pls reply
