    Use one rectangle 336*xxx in your sidebar. Better if its an image ad.
    And the ad you are using at the end of post in your pages should be a bit above. Its so down in the page that only few are gonna notice it.

    I would remove the one on the bottom and put him in the top of the sidebar on the right.

    Site is good.., but White over black background it pinch eyes.... over all as placement is ok.

    use one leaderboard ad 728x90 below your menu, and remove header ad..just my opinion
