Hi, I was selling a domain on this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=673935 someone hit the BIN via PM and i was in the process of taking the payment from him and pushing the domain. exactly around that time this guy http://forums.digitalpoint.com/itrader_detail.php?ir=192631&u=27820, Pm'ed me saying that he'd like to take the domain, but i told him that the domain is already sold and pending payment. For this he left me a negative itrader. i usually keep my posts uptodate n this is very discouraging for people like me. pls remove my negative itrader Thanks in advance
You must be joking. The thread / iTrader are more than 2 years old - where have you been all this time ?
Hi, yes i know its old. i did try asking many times by directly contacting mods, but this is the first time i'm posting publicly on this section of the forum
You've lived with one -ve iTrader for 2 years. Beside, you've pretty good +ve feedback which is around 99.2%. I don't think that one -ve iTrader would hurt you anymore.
Not everyone will bother to read this post as to why he got a negative. A negative is a negative and it does tar the image though you know you do genuine business.
I understand, a -Ve is always gives -Ve feeling. However if checked, out of 135 feedback just 1 is -Ve then there is nothing ingenuity of the business or service provider. I would do business with someone had 134/135 (99.2%) rather someone with 70%/80% of positive feedback. And beside the iTrader runs without any supervision. If A left an -Ve iTrader to B (whether appropriate or not) it is more likely that A would get back one -ve iTrader from B as well.
If you ever read DP policy/rules you would see that admin or moderators don't get involved in reputation cases. I saw once their is other site where you can try t osolve this problem, but i really think it is lot of time to spent. If you still want to go further read the rules.
still no response from DP? i see this very sad bcos this negative will give a bad impression any day even its just a single negative rating..
