    Use google ... there is plenty to read. The best way to learn is trial'n'error.

    Try using Lynda.com, they have very good video tutorials on almost everything related to web design

    These two subjects are unrelated to web DESIGN. They are more about websites in general. Hacking is blackhat and generally illegal, probably not something you will want to involve yourself with right?
