    my site is lvyouwo.net

    i want to extract all the post url alone to mass ping them... how can i retirve them.. pls help.. is there any software or plugin???

    or any online service to do so.. pls suggest...

    Not quite sure, but the MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer plugin might help. Just check the features.
