Go to the official PayPal website - https://www.paypal.com and follow the instructions given there for signing up. You can sign up for three kinds of accounts- Personal, Premier and Business. Step5 Confirm your email address using the instructions on the page. You'll need to go to the email account that you specified on the signup page and click a link in the email sent to you by PayPal. It's a good idea to confirm your email when you get this message so you won't forget to do this important step later. Step6 Verify your bank account by selecting "Continue" on the next page. This will take you to a FAQ that explains the benefits of verification. When you have read the information you can click "Get Verified" at the bottom of the page. This will take you to a page where you can add a bank account by imputing your bank name, routing and account numbers. Step7 Watch your bank account over the next few days. PayPal will make a series of small deposits to your account. After you see the deposits, log back into PayPal and click "confirm bank account" on the main account page. Input the exact amounts of the deposits and you are done.

There should be a button on there where it says add a bank account or get your account verified. Just add your bank account on there.
