Pls help in changing my header without change in theme

    Hi.. I am not spamming DP, i don't know that already a thread is started with same topic head. But i am newbie to wordpress, i have started a blog in wordpress.com, i need to change the header text with a tagline below it and also needs to change the header banner and colour.

    I am not sure whether you can change configuration files in subdomains or not.. else its a simple work and needs modification in your theme header file that contains Header info.

    where i can find the theme header files... i couldn't edit css or code for my theme..
