First of all... ask PNB officials if it is possible to get money into a debit card. If their answer is in affirmative, give them the transaction details to cross check the status of the money. If not... get back to etoro stating this reason and request for cancellation and a direct credit to your bank account... if possible.

    Dear incrediblenitin786,

I hope that your problem has been resolved. When transferring money to your bank or to your credit card, there can be certain delays that are not under our control, such as the processing time of your bank/ credit card company. Most banks process transfers within 4-5 business days, however this can vary up to 3 weeks! If you get a reference number from eToro, that means that the withdrawal has been processed on our part and now it's up to your bank to process it. Because it's a debit card, you may have to contact your bank, not the card company to find out about the status of your withdrawal.

If you encounter any other problems in the future please don't hesitate to contact us.

We wish you a profitable and enjoyable experience,
    The eToro Team
