Its obvious his address is valid.

Kyle, forums do help. If this guy didn't come to us asking for help, he still wouldn't be getting his pin.

It can take up to 6-12 months.

Lucky you got it within 2 weeks, other people have to wait 6-12 months..... Using a PO box will get your account declined, they need an address to a REAL PERSON.

Postal service companies cannot hold onto a document or foreign package for more than 3 business days, and asking your postman for your adsense letter is a little silly. Considering they dont just HIDE letters for the sake of it.

Contact google in your local or nearest country and send your ID in, its the quickest fix and they will approve your account straight away.

Google will request you to verify your account within the first 2$ of earnings, not $10.

*NOTE: There are a lot of replies in here which contain either, post count gaining limited text, incorrect facts and/or information. Its just plain silly for 6 people to say EXACTLY the same thing.

Have you met all the criteria yet?
If yes, then you have 3 chances to ask for PIN. If that don't arrive after spending the chances, you need to contact Adsense Support to manually remove the PIN Holding. You might have to send some ID Proof to them.

Maybe you should mail Google about it, attach your ID proof in mail.

I don't think your balance has anything to do with them sending you the pin. As someone else stated, I would make sure that all of your information is correct then contact support and ask them what is going on.

Well, the balance is the the key.
When you reach $10, that's the only time Google will send your PIN.
