    not bad... it would suck without the flash to bring some pizzazz so good thing you did that.

    i don't know about the blue line way on the top. what's that for? also i don't like the little bit of shadowing below the header. the header color, too, is kinda weak. look, your flash and the content below it all fit into a neat area in the middle of the page, how about getting rid of the header and just have your logo and the links float on white, within the boundary shared by the flash and the content below? it would look a lot better, i think but you would have to try it out.
