PLR articles problem

Hi This is my first post here. I have a question about PLR articles.
If you rewrite PLR article and you make it unique there is no problem with Google or with the law.

But if the PLR package that you bought are rewritten articles from some reputable writer there is a good chance that you will get sued for stealing his ideas. Just because one article passes the Copy scape test does n`t mean that you are not coping someones work.
On this forum there a lot of people selling pre written articles. Also I saw a lot of PLR packages.
How can you be sure that you get the right stuff.
Any opinion on this topics will be welcomed. Thank you very much

For the PLR articles, what I usually do is rewrite 70% of it and add 30% my own ideas.

Yes that is the best thing to do, but if in those 70 % that you rewrite from PLR content is copied and rewrited from some well rep writer?
He checks your article and he decides to sue you. Hypothetically speaking this is possible.
And if you rewrite PLR articles for someone else and he get sued or something like that, the buyer will point to you automatically. This is a hypothetical question. Personally I don`t have this problem but it got me wondered it is possible?
Any experiences and opinions will be welcomed.Take care

    no original thing today
from small thing until ferrari car
    so don't think like that
    if ur article is unique
    its okay
better than copy or steal it

Yes that is why smaller companies must look behind their shoulder all the time. Anyone has this kind of experience or it is safe to rewrite PLR articles and make it unique for reselling. Please share your experience if you have one of course :)
