PLM Popup does not show up when logged in

    I have wordpress websites with PLM popup in javascript, they work fine when NOT logged in, however when logged in as admin user or normal user, the popups do not appear?

    Any suggestions?
    I can give you the website upon request!

    I think it has to do with this error:
    Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function admin-bar.min.js?ver=3.9.2:1

    see this pictures; codeNOTworking = does not pop up when logged in
    codeworking = it does work without logging in!

    This topic can be closed, I solved the issue by removing admin bar.....
