The design is good enough for what the site is addressed for, but looks to average, does not stand out at all. I would change something on the header line, maybe the background pattern, also I would put your logo in more crisp colors.
I think that a second light-blue strip of the header wastes too much valuable space in the top of the page.
@vitaldon: You're right, it does give the impression that wastes too much space because it's too empty.
you have chosen a nice template, just ensure the organic keyword dense content is being added on a regular basis.
Can anyone say SPYWAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Going to this site makes me feel like i just got a virus.
Good bones. Some ideas: I agree with silverfox. It has a very generic and fake look to it. Mainly because when you visit, you have NO clue what you are looking at. I'd have to look around to guess, but I would imagine it's a website that provides information for technologies of various kinds. Like a CNET. Maybe putting a slogan of some sort that takes your missions and delivers a quick catchy phrase in your header would increase interest from the very get go. I have no problem with the large header, given that you add in some other social media links in there (facebook, twitter) and your slogan, but i'm a fan of whitespace . Your title headers don't make sense for some of them...it's important for conversion. Use google analytics instead of the page counter. Make your life easier with more information and get rid of the 2003esque counter Hope those help!
I would say you should have better logo and header for your site , colors of the site are good and nice theme i like navigation too in simple words its pretty godo work
