I had my first payout in plimus from a vendor account. My total was $520 and -the $15 wire fee for international wire payment I schould recieve $505 like it sais on my plimus account.
Now I see in my bank account an international transfer of 340,32 euro.

According to online currency convertors $505 schould at least be more then €350 euro I checked it with a converter that allows to convert in the past cause this payment was sent on 15/01.

So how does it come I have €10 too little in my bank account? Does a bank also takes a fee for receiving a wire payment?

Bank's Exchange rate are usually lower than regular market.. also you can ask your bank about fees.
