I have gone to a site to buy a script and it redirects me to plimus , I make the payment and whoooaaa.... I seen nothing in my email or anywhere and in plimus I get message - Your order is pending and under review, we will call you to verify - I waited 1 hour - no calls came then I posted on support - 3-4-5 times - No replies yet , then after 2 hours I get message - We failed to call at your submitted number please submit another working number - i did - But same thing - no replies, no calls no approvals and now its passing 8 hours - I got a lot of pain and headache. At last I said can I get a refund - Its totally unprofessional way of dealing. No replies, now this is going to be my worst nightmare... I lastly found their number and called them - A lady pickup the phone and verified me - and then forward my call to0 other person , the the other person confirmed my name and email id and again took my number sand said we will call you now , please cut skype and be in close with your phone. I sat on front of my mobile and waited 30 mins - No calls no replies again. Suddenly after more couple of hours - I got refund from plimus - saying there is issue with my billing info???? Wtf is this? I paid via paypal and I have fully verified paypal with a good rep number. This is my story with Noobish/Unprofessional Plimus - Iam only telling my feeling - But its not fair that they hold the funds for a heck of time and came with such timewaste decision. and refund. I completely wasted a lot of time with plimus and lastly paid the guy via WU and took the script. Its totally unfair for any person who pay and get hold of funds in name of review for such long time , I knew that its to avaoid chargeback but plimus guys open your eyes - If client want they can even chargeback after 1 month. You shouldn't provide such amature service to the fair buyers and sellers. What I have experienced is - They are totally amature and noobish management with old and junk verification system - Instead of call text message should be the option to get instant verified. All I recommend "Don't ever deal with Plimus"
Contact the company ur buying the script from and pay them directly thats the best way out of this crap lol
Maybe you selected location that is different to your actual country. This results in fraud alert even if you are doing it for privacy.
Nopes, I did all info right and legit. The headache and pain they given me is totally shows their management is mature and totally noobish and unprofessional.
sometimes the payment processor check for ip adress from where you made the payment and they compare with the billing address.. the ip and billing address of credit card should match else they dont accept the transaction... thats want i feel.. paypal doesn't check for ipaddress and billing address. I think thats why your payment must have failed..
Plimus is a little too strict on their processing terms if you ask me. I've used them to buy things before, and I dread it dearly. If everything doesn't look crystal clear and seamless, they will hold the payment. IP location (meaning city) must be within x amount of miles of the CC address or they hold it. If it's a paypal payment, you have to give them the info you listed with paypal, or they hold it; you can't even use any one of your email addresses, you have to use the MAIN one on your account. For the poor service that Plimus offers, they put buyers and sellers through far too many hoops. I would hope that others would find alternatives to Plimus as they tend to put a damper on things.
Have read very good reviews about you guys. I don't mind verification - If its too strict and involve manual phone verification then also not, but the problem with plimus is - In order to filter fraud purchases, they are harassing the legit buyers. And what I get is after calling them to approve my order - They said, we will call you in 2 min, please be in contact with your phone and "I got refund". This is my first experience with plimus and I came up with an horrible experience with them and with their ancient system.
I don't know why that is possible , i think they support should contact you for verify order ? Something was wrong here .
