Hello I've been using Plimus as payment processor for over 4 months, today I received a message that my account got suspended indefinitely due to Prohibited Items Policy, under this section: Virtual Payment Tokens, Gift Cards, etc., sold for less than face value. Two days ago, I listed iTunes gift cards and I sell them for MORE than face value, but didn't sell any, I had no idea it's prohibited in Plimus, check eBay, many TOP RATED seller sell iTunes gift cards and it's legal. I can't access my account at all, I can't see my previous transactions for other products I sold, my record is gone, and I'm not sure where will my existing balance go. Did anyone run into this issue? I guess I will give 2checkout a shot. Thanks
Try making a search in eBay. Even it's prohibited, they can notify me and I will remove them ASAP, or at lease they can suspend my account temporarily.
I would contact support and explain them situation. See how that goes and continue from there. -minanu
Hi, Sorry for not updating my post. They reactivated my account but suspended my payment until I list something allowed to sell and start selling. I was selling some legal software for my authorized resellers, but Plimus needs reseller certificate, which some of my resellers don't know what is that, and some refused to send. So I have to list something allowed to sell and start selling to release my payment.
